[/quote] This article is about the hazards of online reviews and those who have paid to get reviews. When you are on the web be careful! Verify first, then trust. I know Google and Yelp are trying to put an end to false reviews. This article will make you wonder when you see endless positive reviews on these sites if they are really true? We have some our website and we would love to hear from you too. Since we are a manufacturer, we do not get the review traffic that the flooring retailers do on Yelp. Personally, I don't trust reviews sites that much, but they are a good place to start. I suggest you do your research and do not trust review sites as your only source for information.

• Ask around before you choose your hardwood floor installer and retailer.
• Make sure he/she is certified too.
• Not all flooring retailers are installers too.
